Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My Metal Pro LLC, we specialize in the sale of physical gold and silver bullion and collectible coins. Due to the nature of the precious metals market, where prices fluctuate constantly based on live market "spot" prices, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our business and the value of your investment.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because precious metals are a highly volatile commodity, all sales made through My Metal Pro are final at the moment the order is confirmed and the price is locked.

Once you click "Confirm" or "Place Order," you have entered into a binding legal agreement to purchase the specified metals at the locked-in price. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on market fluctuations or "buyer's remorse."

2. Market Loss Policy

When you place an order with My Metal Pro LLC, we "lock in" your price with our suppliers and the market. If you fail to complete your payment or attempt to cancel an order after the price has been locked, you will be subject to our Market Loss Policy.

Cancellation Fee: In the rare event that a cancellation is approved at our sole discretion, the customer is responsible for any "Market Loss" (the difference between the price at which you bought and the current market price) plus a $50.00 (USD) administrative cancellation fee.

Market Gain: Any market gain realized on a cancellation shall remain the property of My Metal Pro LLC.

3. Product Authenticity and Condition

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

Bullion: For investment-grade bullion (bars and rounds), the value is based on the metal content. Minor surface scratches or "milk spots" are common in the minting process and do not affect the investment value of the metal; therefore, items with these characteristics are not eligible for return or exchange.

Collectibles/Numismatics: For graded or collectible coins, we ensure the item matches the description and grading service (PCGS/NGC) provided.

4. Errors in Shipping or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or if the package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging and the mailing container for insurance purposes.

We will provide instructions for a return or exchange at our expense if the error was ours or if the item was damaged in transit (provided it was shipped with our standard insurance).

5. Delivery and Signature Requirements

To ensure the security of your assets, all high-value shipments from My Metal Pro LLC require an adult signature upon delivery.

If you are not available to sign and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Refusal to accept a delivery does not constitute a cancellation or a right to a refund.
